Stillpoint Psychosynthesis

A space to grow into who you’re becoming — with purpose, clarity, and meaning
“At the still point of the turning world… there the dance is.”
— T.S. Eliot, Four Quartets
What is Psychosynthesis Coaching?
Psychosynthesis Coaching brings together deep inner work with grounded action. It’s for those sensing a shift — a quiet pull to live and work with greater alignment, integrity, and depth.
Whether you’re at a career crossroads, stepping into something new, or feeling the limits of an old identity, this work helps you listen more deeply and move with intention.
Who I Work With
I work with people in transition — leaders, creatives, founders, seekers — those no longer satisfied with surface-level success or ways of living that no longer fit.
You may feel stuck, scattered, or on the edge of change. You might be recovering from disillusionment, stepping away from burnout, or navigating a shift in identity. Many of my clients are in midlife, asking deeper questions: What now? What matters? What’s true?
My Approach
Psychosynthesis Coaching meets the whole of you — not just your goals, but your values, your questions, your becoming.
Through presence, reflection, creative process and intuitive enquiry, we make space for clarity and forward movement.
Together, we explore:
- What’s shifting — and what’s asking to grow
- What’s in the way — patterns, beliefs, or inner blocks
- What’s possible — a more aligned way of working and living
This is not performance coaching. It’s a spacious, grounded invitation to realign with what matters most.

Therapy or Coaching — What’s the Difference?
Both therapy and coaching offer space for reflection, support, and growth — but they meet you in different places.
Therapy tends to look inward and backward. It supports healing from pain, trauma, or patterns that feel stuck. It helps you make sense of your inner world and fosters integration and wholeness — especially if you’re in recovery, grieving, or navigating emotional challenges.
Coaching is more forward-facing. It supports change, clarity, and meaningful action. It’s often suited to times of transition — where something in you wants to grow, realign, or move in a new direction.
Sometimes there’s overlap. Our work may blend both approaches depending on what you need — gently supporting healing while also making space for insight, movement, and growth.
Still not sure? That’s okay. You’re welcome to reach out, and we can explore together what feels right for where you are.
About Matthew
Before training as a therapist and coach, I spent many years at IBM working with people and systems in transformation. That work planted a seed — a deep interest in how real, lasting change happens.
Today, Psychosynthesis is the foundation of my approach. It bridges inner development with purposeful action in the world — supporting clients to navigate uncertainty, reconnect with values, and live with greater clarity and integrity.
Alongside my private practice, I teach on the Holistic Coaching Practitioner Programme at Psychosynthesis Coaching Ltd and continue to explore new approaches to human potential and growth.
